However, this only applies when you provide your data directly to us. This Privacy Policy regulates how we use your personal information in this scenario.

  • When you use the Yen Somu Bi platform as a donor to donate to a campaign, it is usually the fundraiser who is the data controller of your personal data, and therefore, who decides how to use your data. Consequently, in such cases, the processing of data is subject to the fundraising organization’s corresponding privacy policy or terms, which we strongly suggest you read carefully before donating.

We created the Yen Somu Bi platform (the “Platform”) to make it simple for users to explore and support organizations they care about with their friends and others with similar interests. We give you control of your information because you may not want to share your information with everyone. You choose what information you provide, including names and contact details. You control the sharing of that information by using the option to remain anonymous while donating.

We will not use or share your information with anyone, except as described in this Privacy Policy. We operate under the principle that you should have control over your information including how it is shared with others.
