The Unplug and Recharge Initiative is a program designed to empower Ghanaian youth by equipping them with the knowledge and resources they need to manage their mental well-being. We recognize the significant pressures young people face today, both academic and social.
These pressures can lead to a rise in mental health challenges, and our initiative aims to address this growing concern. We are raising money to organize workshops and seminars in Senior High Schools, develop and design resources materials both online and printed documents that these young people will have access to. Our ultimate goal to get professional mental health experts to offer free online therapy sessions and online counseling services for the youth.
