Every month, many adolescent girls in vulnerable communities miss school simply because they cannot afford sanitary pads.
Some use unsafe alternatives.
Some stay home in shame.
Some gradually lose confidence.
At Mawuadek Foundation, we believe no girl should choose between her education and her period.
That is why we launched the Flow With Confidence Campaign — a movement to:
Distribute 5,000 sanitary pads.
Reach over 2,000 girls.
Establish Pad Banks in selected basic schools.
Provide menstrual health education.
Break stigma surrounding menstruation.
This campaign is not just about pads.
It is about dignity.
It is about confidence.
It is about keeping girls in school.
