The District-Level Elections (DLE) are scheduled to be conducted by the Electoral Commission of Ghana on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023. The Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) as part of its mandate to complement the efforts of Ghana’s Electoral Commission in ensuring transparent, free, fair and peaceful elections would like to observe the 2023 District Level Elections. The Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) seeks to deploy 400 volunteer observers across the country to observe the 2023 District Level Election (DLE). We would be grateful if you could assist these volunteers with airtime and transportation to enable them to carry out the observation of the elections.
